Good news...

My grandma got to go home this weekend! I am pretty surprised that she is home already, I wasn't sure if her house would pass the home inspection. I guess she has to have a nurse or someone visit her to make sure she is taking care of herself, so that is good. I still haven't seen her since she has been home, I have been so busy! I have to take Elsie to see her.

Which leads me to a few more pictures. Since we had that rain this weekend, Elsie got super dirty, so we gave her a bath. I didn't really wash her head because I didn't want to get water in her ears, and she did not like the bath, but she still looked super cute...

Luckily I kept some of Joel's icky towels from his apartment days so I didn't have to use my good ones!

We keep Elsie's toys in this hat box when she is sleeping or not using them, but since she is teething so is chewing on everything! She kept trying to bite the box, so I put her in it, she just chewed on it, she didn't even care that she was stuck in it...

I just had to come on and share some pics of the puppy, here are a couple that I took last night:

She even has a little Marilyn beauty mark next to her nose! Maybe I should have named her Marilyn!

So... We're getting a puppy...

Saturday Joel and I went with my mom and nephew to look at puppies for them. They had two left, so my mom had to pick out which one she wanted. They had a male and female, Joel was playing with the male, and my mom was thinking about getting the female, which I wanted her to get. Then all of the sudden she switched and picked the male! They Joel was playing with the female, and cuddling it, and putting it in my face, and making me love it, so we are getting the female. She fell asleep in his hands, she is so cute. They are maltese-pomeranian mixes. We are going to pick them up on Friday, so I will have to take some new pictures then. Here are the pictures I took with my camera phone...
